100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs (100MIYE) Award 2019 Gala

Entrepreneur’s Insights annual 100MIYE Award shines a light on the finest and most impactful entrepreneurs with an innovative business model in Malaysia. This year the event is being held in the Grand Ballroom at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Our founder, Mr. Xavier is one of the winning recipients, so we’ve been rather busy this past week and too glad that he was shortlisted for such a prestigious award!

The night kicked off with a short interview from the organizer regarding where our founder sees the company stands and grows soon. Apart from that, the venue is equipped with mega screens displaying the shortlisted recipients’ photos so that friends, business partners and families can share their joy and appreciations towards that night’s winners.

As soon as we are seated, the ceremony starts. We were graced with the honorary presence of Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and his wife Tun Dr Siti Hasmah. He has reminded young Malaysian entrepreneurs to grow along noble values such as integrity and honesty in order to enjoy long term success in their ventures.

After the Prime Minister’s speech, the banquet started off and everyone that went had enjoyed the scrumptious dishes prepared. The night went by in a whisk, and then its time for the recipient’s ceremony. Tons of famous personas has been acknowledged with this award. The famous ones include Dato Lee Chong Wei, Dato Nicol David, Danny Khoo, Jeryl Lee (Sing! China), Alvin Chong and also Siti Norhaliza for Lifetime Achievement Award. Since our founder’s name started with a “X” hence he is the last one, ending the event and the night with a bang!
